1.The machine adopts Mitsubishi PLC and Taiwan HMI with atuo to
filling material,auto electronic weighint,auto controlling chamber
temperature ,
pressure and level testing to .
2.It is adopted with automatic screw feeding device and electronic
weight device to improve the production efficiency and reduce the
labor intensity.
3.The temperature and steam pressure in the barrel is adopted with
advanced proportional valve and pilot-operated pressure reducing
valve to control the temperature difference at ±5℃to ensure the
conformity of the dispatched EPS raw materials for avoiding the
caking of EPS raw materials due to bad temperature control.
4.The machine is equipped with high temperature and high efficiency
fluid drying bed.Have many functions ,including automatic fluidized
drying ,automatic screening and ball material crushing after
discharging by the pre-expander ,raw materials conveyed to ripening
hopper by fan automatically ,etc.

professionally producing EPS/EPP/ETPU machine. Another factory
locates in Jiangsu Provide which producing EPS/EPP/ETPU mould. Both
two factories are pretty close to the Shanghai port for easiest
transportation.
